Ann Petruccelli Moon, Chief of Staff, Mass Cultural Council

Ann Petruccelli Moon has spent her career working at the intersection of the arts, culture, and public service.
She joined Mass Cultural Council in 2012 and since then has held a range of roles across the Agency, working in communications, managing public events, executive affairs, and leadership. She currently serves as the Agency’s Chief of Staff, overseeing the daily functioning of the executive office, managing the Agency’s human resources and office operations, and serving as the primary staff liaison to the governing Council.
Prior to joining Mass Cultural Council, Ann held marketing and communications roles with several Massachusetts cultural organizations, including the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston Ballet, and Boston Lyric Opera, as well as Carnegie Hall in New York City and WGBH. She is a proud alumna of Simmons College.
Outside of her work at Mass Cultural Council, Ann is a writer and a longtime teacher of yoga, dance, and fitness. Her love of movement and the arts began in childhood as a student at Boston Ballet School. She feels fortunate to have built a career in and around the cultural sector and is continually inspired by the artists, organizations, and creative communities that make Massachusetts such a vibrant and unique place to live.
