This archival toolkit is a product of 100s of hours of conversations Mass Cultural Council staff had with nonprofit cultural leaders in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Agency identified focus areas critical to planning a post-pandemic operating environment for cultural nonprofits and creative workers.
Based on these candid conversations, a nationwide RFP process was completed to provide the high-quality, critical intellectual capital necessary to inform the recovery, rebuilding, and renewal of our sector.
