A Guide for Improving Nonprofit Organizational Capacity
An archive of technical assistance resources
This archival toolkit is a product of 100s of hours of conversations Mass Cultural Council staff had with nonprofit cultural leaders in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis. Leaders identified focus areas critical to planning a post-COVID operating environment for cultural nonprofits and creative workers. Based on these candid conversations, a nationwide RFP process was completed to provide the highest-quality, most critical intellectual capital necessary to recover, rebuild, and renew our sector post-pandemic.
