David T. Slatery, Deputy Executive Director, Mass Cultural Council David T. Slatery has served as Mass Cultural Council’s Deputy Executive Director since 2012. Under the Executive Director, Dave provides executive leadership and support and counsel to the Agency and Council Members. He also serves as Chief Legal Officer for the Agency.
