Artists play an integral role in creating and supporting a cultural life in Massachusetts that is vital, accessible, and thriving.

Nowhere is the connection between artists and communities more direct than in open studios events. With open studios, artists welcome the local community into their creative work spaces (sometimes their own homes) to share their current projects. For both artists and community members, it’s a powerful way to connect.

If you’re interested in experiencing and supporting artists working in your very own neighborhood, check out the September and October open studios events in Massachusetts we’ve compiled in our ArtSake blog.
