Our Universal Participation Initiative seeks to break down the barriers that prevent full participation in the cultural sector of our Commonwealth by providing organizations with resources and financial support.
We encourage arts, humanities, and sciences organizations to apply for UP Designation or to be a part of the Innovation and Learning Network, a growing cohort of institutions that are building access into inclusive policy and equitable community engagement.
