Victoria “Thirteenvic” DelValle (b. 2000) is a Diasporican multidisciplinary artist and designer based in Boston, MA, working across illustration, painting, graphic design, public art, and arts education. Rooted in storytelling, her creative practice began in spoken word poetry before expanding into visual art, and her background in writing and performance continues to inform the narrative and conceptual approach to her work.
Through a diasporic lens, DelValle explores cultural memory, emotional inheritance, identity, transformation, and the relationship between people and place. Her work draws from street art, expressionism, surrealism, and fantasy horror, using playfulness, improvisation, bold imagery, and accessible, site-responsive materials to move between beauty and the grotesque. She is interested in making difficult or complex experiences approachable while creating space for curiosity, reflection, and wonder.
Beyond her studio practice, DelValle works in community-engaged art, murals, creative programming, and arts education, with a particular investment in youth expression and mentorship. Her own experiences growing up in Boston’s social justice–centered youth arts programs shape her belief in art as a tool for exploration, connection, and personal and collective growth.
DelValle earned her BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and is continuing her education in illustration at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University. Her work and professional practice span independent exhibitions, artist residencies, public and community-based projects, commercial creative collaborations, and cultural programming throughout Greater Boston and beyond.
