As a general theme, the concept of bridging space and/or time have always played a central role in my work. Asking a viewer to envision and interact with objects, representations or ideas from different places or times is an act that I think encourages wonder and appreciation of everything around us and helps viewers experience the world in a different way. The palette that I have historically used has focused on installation pieces, typically with a technological or interactive component, utilizing my formal training as an engineer to express my ideas.
