I work in many media, but especially pencil, pen & ink, watercolors, and clay. I often combine mediums. My work is heavily influenced by my love of science fiction and fantasy. I have often exhibited my art at science fiction conventions, and won awards there. I have also been a speaker at various conventions throughout the northeast, and done workshops there with both children and adults.
I especially enjoy working with children of all ages, and I am familiar with the needs of those on the autism spectrum and with ADHD. I also enjoy custom work and commissions.
In addition to my work as an artist, I am an accomplished copy editor and technical writer, and I spend a great deal of time volunteering for nonprofits.
