Artist / Creative (Individual)

Among my various human facets, I am a visual artist and art therapist dedicated to the healing and transformative power of creativity. My work lives at the intersection of expression and emotional wellness—where color, texture, and imagination open up space for self-discovery, connection, and growth.

As an artist, I create work that explores themes of identity, emotion, memory, and the human experience. My practice includes a range of media—from painting and mixed media to more experimental, process-driven pieces. Each work is an invitation into presence, reflection, and storytelling.

As an art therapist, I hold a safe, compassionate space for others to explore their inner world through art. I work with individuals and groups across different ages and backgrounds, using creative expression as a tool for mental health, emotional resilience, and personal insight. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and rooted in the belief that everyone is inherently creative—and that creativity can be a bridge to healing.

Whether I’m in the studio or the therapy room, my mission is the same: to honor the power of art as a way to feel, to understand, and to be seen.
