I paint in the Madhubani/Mithila style, a living folk/Traditional art form practiced in my home region in eastern India for several centuries, that saw a popular resurgence a few decades ago. My paintings combine vibrant colors, cultural authenticity, and folklore that seem to create an earthy aura.
