Sam Lê Shave is a professional painter & mixed media artist born and raised in Dorchester, MA. They are a self-taught artist who has been professionally painting for 10 years. Their work also includes embroidery, and fashion design. Most of their work is inspired from their Vietnamese-American identity. Lê Shave organizes in their community, and has put together an outdoor exhibition in collaboration with the Asian American Resource Workshop and other local artists to highlight impacted community members stories and the harmful affects of deportation.
