Richard is a three-time Chicken Soup for the Soul author. His poetry and photography has appeared in local chapbooks, galleries, art centers and libraries in MA. He’s the creator & former host-producer (36 episodes) of ‘For the Love of Words’ a poetry & music cable TV program in Easton, MA. He has also been the music coordinator of ‘Poetry the Art of Words’ in Plymouth MA, co-created and co-hosted ‘Night Slam’ at Massasoit College in Brockton, MA and created and co-hosted a poetry & writing workshop at the Ames Free Library in Easton, MA. He has been a featured Poet at many venues in MA and Rhode Island and has served on the Board of Directors of two cultural arts organizations.
He is a former advocate of the MA-Brain Injury Association and is currently an advocate for ‘The MA-Safe Roads Alliance’. He lives with his adored wife. He has 4 children and 13 grandchildren living in the U.S. and Canada.
