Working across oil, acrylic, pencil, charcoal, ink, and pastel, I build complex, vibrant forms that inhabit the blurry boundary between truth and fiction. While my work is rooted in figurative expressionism, it frequently shifts into abstraction or symbolism to capture the fleeting nature of memory and perception. Ultimately, my paintings and drawings are a personal history—both real and imagined—offered as a way to tell my stories, make sense of my own experience, and open a direct channel of communication with the world.
