Liv Cappello (she/her) is a self-taught artist based in Somerville, MA. She has always loved creating things and is grateful to have found a passion in printmaking and painting in the last few years. With some encouragement from friends, she started selling her work in 2020 while living in Vermont; her love of Vermont and the Long Trail inspired the name and spirit of her little studio. She is continually grateful that people like her art enough to take it home with them!
Liv also values being involved in her community and loves sharing her knowledge by teaching classes and workshops across the city. When her schedule allows, she takes commission work and has worked on projects in the past including logo design and branding, custom silkscreen printed apparel, website design & development (her day job!), and a restaurant-scale painted mural. She also enjoys vending at Somerville and Cambridge markets in the warmer months, and has frequented popular spots like the Somerville Flea, Union Square Farmers Markets, and other beloved local events.
