LinkaCreates was started in 2021 by Paulina Migalska — a passionate fiber artist, lifelong learner, immigrant woman, and proud global citizen. Paulina’s journey into fiber arts goes back long before the pandemic, inspired by her parents’ resourcefulness in their small apartment in communist Poland — where her mom made her clothes and her dad created home décor by hand. Nowadays, she turns to crocheting, stitching, or sewing for two somewhat distinct reasons: ADHD Creativity Cravings and Mental Health. From her home in Roslindale, MA, Paulina continues to design and create each piece of her wearable art with care and intention.
