Linda Cordner

I am inspired by nature, my surroundings, the atmosphere and the ocean. My paintings are reflections of my observations or feelings about these things as well as walks in the woods or along the beach. I work in many mediums including encaustic, oil, acrylic, and watercolor. One of my favorite things to work with is wax – the translucence is perfect to convey the ethereal qualities of the landscape and atmosphere that I capture in my paintings.
