Kyle Browne, founder and principle artist of KBCreative is a conceptual artist and arts educator. She is particularly drawn to working with the natural world to deepen connection with the innate wildness within us all and to foster wonder and awe. She creates site-specific installations, rich colored pencil drawings, large-scale interactive pieces and mixed media 2D work. She also teaches at Mass College of Art + Design, Merrimack College and partners with a local hiking company to lead art and nature hikes.
Community engagement is important to her practice. Recently she worked with The Neighborhood Developers to bring art to their new affordable housing residences. She led and facilitated community engagement, developed a process to identify and select artists and oversaw installation of artwork.
