June Krinsky-Rudder is a visual artist who works in 2D and 3D, including digital photography, artist books, installation art, mixed media, mirrors, drawing, and painting. She enjoys exploring new materials, bright colors and composition, and her love of ‘play’ is evident in her work and process.
Krinsky-Rudder is a retired art educator and co-founder of the East Boston Artists Group. In addition to her studio work, she organizes community art events and exhibits. She is a past Regional VP for the National Art Education Association, and a past President of the Massachusetts Art Education Association. A past awardee of the Lynn Feldman Memorial Advocacy in Art Award, given by Arts/Learning, she advocates for art in schools, public art and community art programming. Krinsky-Rudder also consults with art and cultural institutions and agencies.
