Beth Galston

Beth Galston is a sculptor who creates immersive, site-specific environments for interior and exterior spaces. Beth was born in Los Angeles and lives in Carlisle, MA.  Recent public works include: “Sound Wave,” a computer-controlled light sculpture for Music City Center in Nashville, TN; “Prairie Grass,” a sculpture inspired by wild grasses for Northwest Service Center in San Antonio, TX: and “Serpentine Fence,” a sculptural fence made of stainless steel, metal mesh, and lights in Jamaica Plain, MA.  Beth is working on public art for Gilman Station, Somerville, MA for Boston’s Green Line Extension, and her sculptures are featured in “Branching Out: Trees as Art” at the Peabody Essex Museum. Recent exhibitions include: McColl Center for Visual Art, NC, and Provincetown Art Museum, MA.
