– Events that occur in Stoughton (or a neighboring town and accessible to Stoughton residents)
– Events that have set dates confirmed utilizing Stoughton venues (include written confirmation from the specified venue/s)
– Events that involve Stoughton residents in meaningful roles (i.e. local artists, performers, etc)
– Applications that include detailed plans for community engagement with a strong focus on increasing participation from Stoughton residents
