FY26 Local Guidelines
Funding decisions are based on a set of defined criteria to ensure grants support meaningful, accessible, and community-centered initiatives. Grants must support a one-time or series of programs/events, field trip/school program expenses (excluding transportation), or support a nonprofit’s operating or capital projects. The minimum funding request is $150 and not to exceed $4,000. Projects must follow ADA accessibility guidelines or provide a clear plan to create accessibility. Project dates need to be between July 1, 2025 and December 31, 2026.
Applicants are highly encouraged to have a confirmed or planned venue and date, propose programs/events that directly impact or are located in Saugus, and are free and inclusive to the community.
