Rutland Cultural Council
The Rutland Cultural council consists of a group of volunteers appointed by the town selectmen, who have an interest and/or experience in the visual arts, music, theater or dance. Our purpose is to assist local organizations in providing programs or events in the arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences through grant funding from the Local Cultural Council program of the Massachusetts Cultural Council.
Our mission is to use this funding to promote excellence, access, education, and diversity in the arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences; to improve the quality of life for all Rutland residents; and to contribute to the economic vitality of our community.
