Rowe Cultural Council
Rowe is one of the smallest towns in the state, so we try to use our funding to stretch the resources of our town institutions, like our library, school, senior organization, historical society, community-wide events.. If you are applying to us for funding, it’s a good idea to connect with one of these organizations before you apply to sponsor your event and help with publicity, etc.
We tend to fund projects that we think can benefit young people, seniors and others in our town, as well as regional cultural organizations and events that help make western Franklin County a special place to live. We are interested in bringing new talents to our town as well as returning talent.

FY27 Local Guidelines
When considering grant applications, priority will be given to projects that serve our local community. In addition to meeting MCC requirements, applications and reimbursements will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
We encourage applicants whose programs will benefit multiple communities to apply to more than one Local Cultural Council (LCC). Preference is given to applicants who apply to all councils serving their target audience;
Grantees must publicly acknowledge the Rowe Cultural Council along with the Mass Cultural Council when advertising and executing their approved projects;
Grantees must discuss logistics with local venues prior to submitting their grant; (RCC Marketing Coordinator can provide a list of available options.)
Grantees must confirm dates of program with RCC a minimum of 45 days prior to event;
Willingness to work with RCC Marketing Coordinator (confirming event date, providing Coordinator with copies of, or links to, marketing materials)
