We offer tutoring for grant proposals,
We fund projects by organizations and individuals, and projects that serve adults and children.
We do not fund scholarships, fellowships, or bricks and mortar projects.

FY25 Local Priorities
The Rockport Cultural Council gives small grants, usually from $250 to $750. We fund a wide variety of projects involving the arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences.
We offer tutoring for grant proposals, and appreciate hearing from applicants at least two weeks before the deadline. Though this is not required, it can aid our understanding of your project.
Be sure to include answers to these questions in your proposal:
What – describe your project briefly in 2 sentences;
When and Where the project will take place;
Who are the key participants;
Amount Requested, Total Project Cost and how RCC funds will be spent.
We fund projects by organizations and individuals. Fiscal agents are not required in order to apply or receive funds.
We do not fund scholarships, fellowships, or bricks and mortar projects.
