Palmer Cultural Council

Our mission is to allocate funds for Palmer community activities that benefit the greatest amount of residents. A high priority will be given to projects that address our teen and senior citizen population, cultural equity, diversity, inclusion, encourage community involvement, aid in developing green spaces, occur in or for students in our three schools and a diverse audience. Projects appropriate for youth, teens and families are highly recommended. Priority is also given to first time applicants. Recurring grant applications for the same program will have a low priority.

All applications must be submitted online.

FY26 Allocation

$14,100

FY26 Local Priorities

The Palmer Cultural Council seeks to fund grants that support diversity, inclusion, and equity for all of our residents. Our first priority is grants that address our youth, specifically teenagers. We also focus on grants that target our senior citizens or address creating open green spaces in our community. First time applicants also get a top priority. Grant applicants that we have awarded to in the past or at least two times are given a low priority status unless our awarded funds allow us to do so each year.

FY26 Local Guidelines

The Palmer Cultural Council follows the Mass Cultural Council Guidelines. We accept only grant applications that are completed on line. We are a reimbursement council and do not do direct reimbursement.
