The Holbrook Cultural Council/ HCC grants funds provided by the MCC and local community organizations to promote excellence, access, education and diversity as it relates to arts, humanities and sciences.

FY26 Local Guidelines

The Board of 5 or more Holbrook residents review the yearly applications. These projects and programs are either approved or denied based on best meeting the Council Priorities to serve the greater Holbrook community of our youth, adults, and seniors.
