Goshen Cultural Council

The Goshen Cultural Council has five members with diverse backgrounds and interests who bring much thoughtfulness and creativity to the table.

The Council seeks to offer the Goshen community opportunity to enjoy, learn
and grow through talented performers and workshops. We look towards
diversity in program planning as well as welcoming intergenerational
activities.

FY22 Local Priorities

While the Goshen Cultural Council appreciates and considers all projects
we do prioritize applications that support:

Goshen town artists and presenters
local schools and organizations
community involvement and interest
new programs
diversity in program planning
intergenerational activities

MCC and from the local Goshen Council (see council profile).

FY22 Local Guidelines

The Goshen Cultural Council highly regards its working relationship with the local school system and looks favorably on funding field trips.

The Council views as essential a collaboration between community organizations(host)and the Council(provider).

The Council asks funded applicants to inform them(a least a month ahead of time) the
particulars of their event for local posting and PR.

We continue to welcome new applicants along with local talent in the arts, humanities and interpretive sciences.
