FY22 Local Priorities
Requirements
Projects must directly benefit Essex residents and/or the town.
Individual artists applying for grants should attach a letter of support from the venue they intend to perform/exhibit in or organization they are going to work with. For example an individual offering a dance workshop intended for school children should first contact the school or PTO
.
The paper application form can be provided upon request.
Although paper applications will be accepted, we encourage all applicants to apply using the online application system to save applicant and volunteer council member time.
FY22 Local Guidelines
Performances must be applied for by a representative of the venue, e.g a teacher or parent advisory commitee (or PTO) must apply for the funds to have a school performance rather than the artist applying for funds to perform the concert.
