FY22 Local Priorities
The Erving Cultural Council strives to bring a variety of cultural experiences to the residents of the town.
Based on the results of our most recent community survey, the
Erving Cultural Council will give priority to:
Projects and events that take place in Erving and are free to attend;
community-wide gatherings such as concerts, that bring people of all ages together; and projects that benefit the town’s children, families, and seniors.
We will give preference to applications that have an approved plan with a town organization in place (ie. school, library, recreation department, senior/community center) and supply a letter of support from that organization. We tend to favor smaller grants over large ones in an effort to spread our funds as far as possible. We will evaluate proposals based on how well they meet our local priorities as well as on the applicant’s qualifications, and careful completion of the application. We look forward to reviewing your proposal!
FY22 Local Guidelines
Applications must be post-marked by October 15. The Council typically meets in mid-November.
