FY23 Allocation
$5,500
FY23 Local Priorities
The Conway Cultural Council supports programs in the arts, humanities, and sciences through grants and sponsored events. Grants can support a variety of cultural projects benefiting the people of Conway — including exhibits, festivals, field trips, short-term artist residencies, or performances in schools, workshops, and lectures.
Preference will be given to applicants from Conway and/or programs that take place in Conway.
Events should have a confirmed venue at the time of application. Virtual programs will also be considered.
Because of our limited funding typical grant amounts range from $100-$500 but you may request any amount that is justified by your budget and impact to Conway residents.
The Conway Cultural Council supports programs in the arts, humanities, and sciences that conform to Local Cultural Council guidelines.
Preference will be given to applicants from Conway and/or programs that take place in Conway and/or directly serve Conway residents. Applications must be submitted electronically and should include brief supplementary material on the artists/presenters involved.
FY23 Local Guidelines
All applicants need to submit 7 (seven) copies of their grant and 1 (one) copy of supportive materials. The budget line numbers must be accurate and a venue
pre-approved pending funding from the Council. Failure to include these items will result in a denied application. A letter of confirmation/support from the venue/local partner greatly strengthens the application.
