FY23 Local Priorities
The Bolton Cultural Council’s purpose is to promote and support the arts within the Bolton community. It is funded by the Massachusetts Cultural Council (MCC), a state agency that promotes diversity in the arts, humanities, and sciences, fostering a rich cultural life for all Massachusetts residents.
The Council meets annually to review and vote on grant applications submitted by local individuals and other entities with projects to enhance the cultural diversion of the Bolton community. We encourage submissions for projects within the guidelines of the Massachusetts Cultural Council.
FY23 Local Guidelines
Preference is given to events and activities that take place in Bolton and surrounding areas that serve Bolton residents, and have sponsorship from a local Bolton organization. We encourage applicants to partner with a local Bolton sponsor before applying.
All applications must be made online; no paper applications will be considered, according to the state policy.
