FY22 Local Priorities
Local Guidelines
– Only online applications will be considered.
– Preference will be given to Bolton-based nonprofit organizations and artists for projects that benefit the Bolton community.
– Preference will be given to projects that benefit a wide range of interests and age groups.
– Preference will be given to projects that have a confirmed date and venue.
– Preference will be given to projects in the calendar year following the application deadline.
– Producers and organizers of new and original activities are encouraged to apply.
FY22 Local Guidelines
Preference is given to Bolton-based artists and non-profit organizations, for projects that will enhance the cultural life of the Bolton community.
Preference is also given to projects sponsored by non-profit organizations from towns adjacent to Bolton, in which Bolton residents participate, or which serve Bolton residents.
Artists and organizations based outside of Bolton or the adjacent communities are considered if they have obtained the sponsorship of a local non-profit organization. The local sponsor organization must then submit the grant application for consideration.
Copies of applicable letters of commitment from any collaborating organization must be submitted.
All applications submitted must include:
- One original complete application, 10 copies of the application and one set of supporting materials.
- Confirmation of venue and specific date(s).
Submissions that:do not adhere to local guidelines will not be considered. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
Applications must be for projects that take place between January 1 and December 31 of the upcoming year.
