Ashby Cultural Council
The Ashby Cultural Council (ACC) promotes and helps to sponsor arts, humanities, and interpretive science programs or events within our local community that appeal to all demographics (regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, or religion.) Programs can include demonstrations, local tours, lectures, displays, concerts, shows, workshops, and performances of all types. Events do not have to occur within Ashby but must directly benefit its citizens. Programs with a secured venue, date, and time will be prioritized.

To sponsor arts, humanities, and interpretive science programs or events within our local community that appeal to all demographics (regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, or religion) and directly benefit the citizens of Ashby.
FY25 Local Guidelines
The Ashby Cultural Council (ACC) is the official local arts agency of the town. The ACC’s purpose is to support and sponsor creative programs that benefit the citizens of Ashby.
Events do not have to occur within Ashby but must directly benefit its citizens. Programs with a secured venue, date, and time will be prioritized.
- The ACC encourages applications for activities that:
- Include, but are not limited to, lectures, demonstrations, hands-on experiences, and/or live performances.
- Promote any form of art, education, creativity, or expression.
- Are physically accessible to all people, where viable and appropriate.
- Demonstrate comprehensive planning, budgeting, and organization.
- Illustrate marketing and promotion strategies.
