Westfield Cultural Council
The Westfield Cultural Council is a commission of the City made up of mayorally-appointed members. The main purpose of the WCC is to allocate grant monies annually from the Massachusetts Cultural Council. We aim to make Westfield a little brighter and more welcoming by enabling the growth of arts and culture right at home.

The Westfield Cultural Council supports Cultural Equity, Diversity and Inclusion to provide opportunities for all populations to not only participate but to showcase their voices in the arts and humanities.
FY25 Local Guidelines
All events are subject to the following guidelines:
Takes place in Westfield
Has a venue for the event
Has a date for the event
The council understands that modifications might be needed due to unforseen circumstances, and any request for a modification i.e. different venue, must be submitted to the Council in writing to be voted on by the Council.
All events must comply with all local and state regulations governing public events.
