FY25 Local Priorities
1. The event must take place in the Town of Ware
2. The event must be sponsored by a local organization and a venue must be secured prior to submitting the grant application. The sponsoring organization must provide a letter stating that the venue has been secured. The letter must accompany the application.
3. The council has adopted the reimbursement-based grants process. The reimbursement process will pay the awards to grantees after funds have been expended and all reimbursement requirements are met and submitted to the council.
4. Grant applications will only be considered for events that take place during the grant cycle calendar year. The date of the event cannot be prior to January 1. Modifications and extensions must be submitted in writing to wareculturalcouncil@yahoo.com
