Priorities for the Townsend Cultural Council are:
1. Local applicants
2. First time applicants
3. Applications showing collaboration between cultural groups or community organizations
4. Projects that focus on local history
5. Projects designed for multi-generational participation
FY25 Local Guidelines
– Applicants who have a local sponsor and have secured a local venue
– Applicants that have displayed / demonstrated planning and organization
– Programs addressing the diverse cultural needs of Townsend and its underserved populations
