Topsfield Cultural Council
The Topsfield Cultural Council (TCC) promotes cultural activities in the Town of Topsfield, Massachusetts. Full and partial grants are awarded to individuals and organizations that sponsor and/or promote cultural activities through the arts, humanities and interpretive sciences with priority given to activities and programs that directly benefit the citizens of Topsfield. All applications must be made online in accordance with the deadlines established by MCC.
Previous grant recipients have offered artist workshops for all age groups; concerts on the Town Green; educational science programs, magic shows and various art and music events scheduled at local elementary schools, the Town Library and the Topsfield Town Hall. In addition, financial support for programs was provided to the Northeast Massachusetts Youth Orchestra, Topsfield Memory Cafe, the Rest Stop Lilac Festival, the Musary, the Ipiwich River Wildlife Sanctuary and the Massachusetts Audubon Society. The Council also works closely with the Council on Aging, Masconomet Regional Schools, Parks and Recreation and other local agencies.
