The Springfield Cultural Council is designed to serve individuals and organizations throughout Greater Springfield in arts and cultural projects for public benefit in the following areas: Humanities, Arts & Cultural, and interpretive Science.
FY23 Local Guidelines
The Springfield Cultural Council serves to inspire and support arts and culture throughout Greater Springfield. Aspiring artists, art leaders and community residents to fully participate in all forms of art & cultural in everyday experiences. Priority is given to foster a stronger creative economy in Greater Springfield. Community residents and organizations can apply up to 3 grants. All applicants must attend Pitch Night to thoroughly explain your project. Pitch Night will be announced by November 15, 2022. Funds for projects may be used for general art operations, but limited to rent, utilities, staff salaries and capital expenses
