Rutland Cultural Council
The Rutland Cultural Council consists of volunteers appointed by the town selectmen who have an interest and/or experience in the visual arts, music, theater, or dance. Our purpose is to assist local organizations in providing programs or events in the arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences through grant funding from Mass Cultural Council’s Local Cultural Council program.
Our mission is to use this funding to promote excellence, access, education, and diversity in the arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences to improve the quality of life for all Rutland residents and contribute to the economic vitality of our community.
