FY24 Local Priorities

The purpose of the Leyden Cultural Council is to promote and maintain the vitality of local cultural resources and to ensure these resources are offered to the greater Leyden community, including other communities in the surrounding area.

Art takes many forms. We appreciate drawing, painting, hand crafts, music, naturalists, travelogues, birders, and are open to considering art in all of its expressions. The school children of Leyden are one priority for us. We encourage programs for children from Pre-K through 6th grade. Programs may be for a particular age or grade group.
