Baldwin and members of the Universal Participation Initiative as participants in the 2022 UP Innovation & Learning Network deliver 15-minute presentations on their Access Project (within the scope of their Access Plan) and their implementation strategies. The goal being to begin building an Access infrastructure at their organizations.
