Today we’re chatting with Jane O’Leary, Director of Education, and Allison Lerman-Gluck, Education Coordinator, at Barrington Stage Company in Pittsfield. Recently, Barrington Stage Company culminated the 20th Anniversary Season of their award-winning Playwright Mentoring Project (PMP) for teens in Berkshire County. On April 22, they presented a livestreamed reading of six original plays that were the culmination of six months of rehearsals. The event featured 52 students and 18 staff members. Jane and Allison will share what they learned from this pivot in their usual programming.
