Today we’re chatting with Vanessa Calderón-Rosado, Ph.D. She is CEO of Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción (IBA), a nonprofit community development corporation dedicated to empowering and engaging individuals and families to improve their lives through high-quality affordable housing, education, and arts programs. Vanessa will share how IBA has adapted its programming – particularly its arts & culture and award-winning Creative Youth Development programs – and engagement of their audience and youth participants.
