Join the Cultural Facilities Fund and Nonprofit Finance Fund for a webinar to learn about the Systems Replacement Plan (SRP): a 20-year building assessment that can help organizations resolve facility challenges and prepare for long term sustainability.
Attendees will learn about how Cultural Facilities Fund SRP grants include an inspection from a qualified buildings engineer who assesses the age, useful life, and cost of repair/replacement for various components of a building.
You will also see how this assessment is then used to build a flexible 20-year budgeting tool for financial and operational planning. The webinar will cover how a final report and training lays out the strategic and financial implications of the findings for your organization.
We will also hear from colleagues in Massachusetts who have utilized this tool and how it helped them make capital decisions.
