Join Mass Cultural Council and the ArtStaysHere Coalition for the next Creative Space Development Network Accelerator (DNA) online discussion for those who are developing, preserving, operating, and advocating for a healthier creative space ecosystem across Massachusetts. Each session will focus on a particular aspect of creative space preservation and development, and we’ll make sure there’s time for questions and discussion beyond the featured subject. Our goal is to provide an open and dynamic network of actively engaged space operators and advocates.
Understanding leases for artists and organizations in commercial and industrial spaces can be challenging. This month, we’ll cover various scenarios, share tips of what to look out for and hear from those with legal and practical expertise as it relates to creative spaces in Massachusetts.
