Brittney Carbone is a mixed-media artist, traditionally trained in the fine arts, and incorporates epoxy resin and other materials to create contemporary works of art. Brittney’s work pushes the norms of what materials can do, and expresses various textures and dimension. Her subjects stem from memento mori, as well as motifs found in nature. Brittney has a professional teaching license in Visual Arts for grades 5-12 in Massachusetts. She’s taught for over a decade, ranging from students as young as kindergarten, to the elderly. Brittney is a brand ambassador for TotalBoat and Black Diamond Pigments. She’s taught workshops for both brands that reached a national audience. Brittney is currently seeking work, whether it is to facilitate an art class or workshop, or be commissioned to create an ambitious piece of art. Brittney welcomes new ideas and possibilities using her experience.
