Adrienne Sacks

Adrienne Sacks is an interdisciplinary artist working primarily in painting at all scales. She works with galleries, collectors, commissions, and in the community.

She has taught two-dimensional design, painting, exhibition design, and aesthetics. She has experience in human services and teaching and facilitating art-making at all ages. I am more than comfortable working with groups of people with all backgrounds and abilities. She is actively accepting proposals for single-day events or event series centered on therapeutic art-making in settings such as mental health clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and schools of all types. 

She is actively accepting proposals for public art commissions. She is most interested in community-engaged projects where she can work with communities of any size to design and implement a project. She is most interested in leading mural projects at schools, therapeutic schools, mental health clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, libraries, post offices, and government offices (such as Department of Motor Vehicles offices or transitional/public assistance and welfare offices).

She has grant-writing experience and welcome proposals to work together in securing funding for such projects.
