As part of Mass Cultural Council’s racial equity work, we are partnering with UBUNTU Research and Evaluation to offer cultural equity and access anti-bias trainings for organizations participating in CultureRx, the Universal Participation Initiative, and Card to Culture. Participation is by invitation only. These will not be recorded.
This training is sequential, its impact comes from participating in the introductory sessions that took place in December 2021, and by participating in each of the two 1-hour advising sessions for members of each organizational tier: public-facing staff, management, and board leadership. These sessions support these populations through strategic advising targeted to their specific vantage point within their organizations.
