Russell Cultural Council
The Russell Council is a volunteer town appointed committee. We receive annual funding from the Mass Cultural Council and holds a competitive application process to award these funds. We look for programs that support and nurture the arts, humanities, and sciences in the Russell Community. That supports local institutions and provides opportunities for Russell residents to engage in innovative and high-quality programs.
