Pepperell Cultural Council
The Pepperell Cultural Council is a group of volunteers working to promote access, education and diversity in the arts and humanities. We are funded by the Mass Cultural Council, and we award grants to individuals, schools and non-profit organizations for various arts and cultural projects.

FY26 Local Priorities
The Pepperell Cultural Council gives funding priority to:
• Pepperell residents and applicants sponsored by a Pepperell organization
• Communitywide, multigenerational events
• Programs that take place in the town of Pepperell
• Science, nature and environmental programs that benefit youth, and all ages
• Programs that feature Pepperell’s unique natural resources and history
• Public art projects.
FY26 Local Guidelines
Requirements:
• The project/event takes place during the upcoming calendar year (Jan – Dec 2026)
• The project/event occurs in Pepperell or at least benefits Pepperell residents as demonstrated by solid evidence.
• A confirmed venue
• Support letters or confirmations from any co-participants, including funding partners, collaborators, organizations, venue/location partners, and municipal and permitting agencies.
Recommendations:
• A confirmed date of event, or a date range for ongoing projects
• Not depending solely on the Pepperell Cultural Council for funding. List other sources of funding on the application and mark them as confirmed, pending, or an identified opportunity
• Repeat projects will be considered, but not indefinitely
