The mission of the Monson Cultural Council is to bring new and varied programs that will contribute to the vitality of our community. We award funds to projects that will reach the most residents of all ages and create rich cultural experiences.

Application Information

FY26 Allocation

FY26 Local Priorities

The Monson Cultural Council priorities are:

1. Projects must benefit the residents of Monson, be clear in purpose, and reflect careful planning.

2. The project must be held between January and December of the year following the application submission. Example: Applications submitted for October 16, 2025 must be for projects to be completed between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.

3. Most importantly, a letter showing support / commitment is required from the sponsoring organization or venue stating when and where the event is to be held in Monson.
